This depends on the type and scope of the job. For stereo mastering or stem mastering we need about 2-3 working days. For a complete mixing & mastering or production we need up to 7 working days.
After the discussion of the order is completed, we offer two options of payment. Either the job is paid in full before starting or the payment is split (50% before the job starts and 50% after the job is done).
After the payment is completed, you can send us all the files we need and we will start working on your song. After a few days we will send you an MP3 so you can listen to your song. If you want us to make any changes we will do it for free and send you a new MP3.
If you are satisfied with your song, you can pay the remaining 50% of the outstanding amount and we will send you the final files (WAV file/stems).
If you don't know what kind of editing your song needs, feel free to send us an email to studio@tonehype.com. We will be happy to help you find the service that will give your song the best possible sound.
We always offer free unlimited revisions till you're completely satisfied with the final result.
Currently, we only accept PayPal and bank transfer as payment methods.
Please upload all your files with an upload service and send us the download link. We prefer DropBox, WeTransfer or Google Drive.
Most of the jobs we handle are stereo masterings, stem masterings, mixing & masterings, as well as complete productions. Under the tab "Services" you can find the most common jobs.
If you have a special request, feel free to send it to studio@tonehype.com.
Please send us only WAV files (32 bit or 24 bit - no dithering) for editing. Make sure that your mixdown/stems do not clip. From our experience, the best results are achieved when the loudest part in your song (usually the drop/chorus) peaks around -6 dB.
